When you connect a Facebook account, the workspace may process the identity, Page, token and insights information made available through the permissions you authorise. We may also process Page content, media and operational records created through the workspace.

Information is used to provide account access, connect and organise authorised Facebook Pages, support available publishing and optional first-comment workflows, maintain Page and post activity records, present available insights, secure the service, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Permissions
We request only the permissions used by the Page Manager workflow: public_profile, pages_show_list, business_management, pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_engagement, pages_read_engagement and read_insights. See the Permissions section for a feature-specific explanation.
How information is protected
Access to the workspace is restricted by account and role. Connection tokens are stored in encrypted form in the application environment. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should protect their account credentials and use authorised devices.
Sharing and service providers
